Outlook Express 4.x - 6.x

Any information such as your username/password can be found in the Email Accounts section of the Control Panel.

Open Outlook Express 4.x - 6.x. On the menu bar click on Tools -> Accounts.

Click on Add -> Mail.

Enter your name in the Display Name field.

Click on Next.

Enter youremailaddress@yourdomain.com in the E-mail Address field.

Click on Next.

Enter the following information:

Account Name: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
Password: Your Password

Click on Next.

Make sure POP3 is selected as the type of incoming mail server and then enter the following information:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (sometimes Outgoing mail server (SMTP) filed requires your ISP outgoing mail server instead of mail.yourdomain.com. Please contact your Internet Service Provider).

Click on Next.

Click on Finish

You are now set up to send and receive email messages.
