Outlook 2002/XP

Any information such as your username/password can be found in the Email Accounts section of the Control Panel.

Open Outlook 2002. On the menu bar click on Tools -> Email Accounts.

Click on Add a new e-mail account.

Click on Next.

Click on POP3.

Click on Next.

Enter the following information:

Your Name: Your Name
E-Mail Address: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
User Name: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
Password: Your Password
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (sometimes Outgoing mail server (SMTP) filed requires your ISP outgoing mail server instead of mail.yourdomain.com. Please contact your Internet Service Provider).

Click on More Settings.

Click on the Outgoing Server tab. Click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Click on Ok

Click on Next.

Click on Finish.

You are now set up to send and receive email messages.
