Outlook 2000

Any information such as your username/password can be found in the Email Accounts section of the Control Panel.

The first screen you will see after the first time you load Outlook 2000 is the Startup window. On the menu bar click Tools -> Accounts.

Click on Add -> Mail.

Enter your full name in the field. Click Next.

Enter your email address in the format: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com.

Click Next.

Make sure POP3 is selected as the type of incoming mail server and enter the following information:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (sometimes Outgoing mail server (SMTP) filed requires your ISP outgoing mail server instead of mail.yourdomain.com. Please contact your Internet Service Provider).

Click Next.

Enter the following information:

Account Name: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
Password: Your Password

Click Next.

Select the appropriate option and click Next to finish.
