Frontpage 2002/XP (Publish Web)

Any information such as your username/password can be found in the User Services section of the Control Panel. Open Microsoft Frontpage. On the menu tool bar click on File -> New -> Page or Web.

A new window entitled New Web or Page will open up on the right hand side of the screen. Click on Blank Page under New.

Here you can start creating your html file.

Once you are done with your website, you must save your website to your hard drive.

On the menu tool bar click on File -> Save.

A new window will pop up to save your html file. In the File Name field enter: enter the name of your html file. If the page is the main page of your site, name the file index.html.

You should now see on the left hand side of the screen the website directory with the file you just saved.

To publish your site, go to the menu tool bar and click on File -> Publish Web.

Enter the following information: User Name: Your User Name Password: Your Password Click on OK.

Click on Publish.

A new window should pop displaying that the website has been published successfully. Click on Done. Your website is now available on the Internet.
