Transferring an SSL certificate from another web hosting company

You may use an SSL certificate that is currently installed at another web hosting company, but you must be able to provide us with an exported PFX backup file from the existing host's server. To get this backup, you must contact your existing host and request it. When you have the PFX backup, simply email it support@creativebrain.ca (include the password if one was set).
