Custom Web Server Errors

By default, your website uses the built-in 404 error page in the IIS Web server.

If you would like to change this page, you must upload your own 404 error page to the server. It should be placed in the root of your website and named 404.htm. (If you would like to use a different file extension, eg. 404.asp, 404.php, etc., you may do so.)

When you have uploaded the 404 page, email support@creativebrain.ca and we will redirect the server to point to this page.
