Page is not authorized to be viewed
If you are trying to view your website in a browser, and you receive a 403 forbidden error, and the message "You are not authorized to view this page.", it is most likely because you have not yet upload an index page to your website directory.
First, make sure that you have uploaded your site to our servers. If you have uploaded your site, make sure you have uploaded the pages into the correct directory. By default, ftp accounts allow you to ftp in your user directory. You must upload your site, however, into the your website directory folder, which has the same name as your domain name.

Once you have uploaded your site into the correct directory, you must have the homepage of your site titled with any of the following names and extensions:
default.htm
default.html
default.shtml
default.asp
default.aspx
default.cfm
default.php
default.jsp
index.htm
index.html
index.shtml
index.asp
index.aspx
index.cfm
index.php
