Creating Web Server applications on sub directories

By default, there is one application set up in our Web Server (IIS 5.0) on the root of the Web Site. Many ASP scripts require a global.asa file which must be in the root of an application to get processed. If you do not make the root of your application the root of your site, you will need to request that we create an application on the according subdirectory.
