Web Based FTP - Managing Folders

Go to the Web Based FTP section of the control panel. We recommend that you do not change the names of the default folders that are created.

To create a new folder you would type the name of the folder to create in the New Folder field and press the enter key.

The folder will then be created.

To rename a folder you would click on the icon to the left of the folder icon for the folder you want to rename.

A new window will pop up where you will type in the new name of the folder, then click Rename.

A message will come up telling you that the folder has been renamed and you should close the pop up window by clicking on Close this Window.

To view the changes you have made to the folder name you must then click on the Refresh button.
