Web Based FTP - Deleting files and Changing Permissions

Go to the Web Based FTP section of the control panel. You can delete files and folders and change the permissions for files and folders at the same time.

To delete a file or folder you would click on the checkbox next to that file or folder that is under the red X. The checkbox should then become checked, you can click on the box again to remove the check. You can select multiple files and folders to delete at the same time.

To change permissions for each file or folder click on the button next to the file or folder corresponding to the column of the permission to select.
Click on Update/Delete All Selected.

If done correctly, a page will open up warning you of the files you want to delete and/or change permissions to. If this is correct click on go ahead and set permissions/delete these files and folders.
