Web Email - Vacation Messages/Redirecting Mail

First click on Rules located on the top tool bar.

To enable a Vacation Message select Enable. Then write the the vacation message you would like to use. This message will be sent back to everyone who send you an email for as long as you have Enable selected.

When someone send emails to you while you have the vacation message enabled, their email address is stored on the 'Replied Addresses' List. If someone tries to email you again, the vacation message will not be resent to their address. If you click on Clear 'Replied Addresses' List, this list will be erased and all address will receive your vacation message again.

Redirect All Mail, will forward your incoming mail to another email address. To select this option, click on Enable.

In the Redirect All Mail box, enter the email address(es) you wish your mail to be forwarded to. Seperate email addresses by commas. If you select Keep A Copy, incoming email will be redirected and kept in your Inbox. Unchecking this will forward the email and remove it from your inbox. If you select Do not Redirect Automatic Messages, emails messages from non-human sources (mailing list messages, error messages, redirected and mirrored messages) are not forwarded. If you select Preserve To/Cc Fields, when the email message is forwarded, it will appear as if the email was originally sent to the forwarded email address, thus preserving and keeping the To/Cc fields as the were in the original email.
